Why should I become a registered user?

Once you create a LIJA account, you’ll be able to start shopping! You’ll be able to browse, shop and, if necessary, place items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time (placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee availability). We’ll keep your information on hand so you can quickly check out your items without having to re-enter all your information everytime you shop LIJA. All you have to do is log in with your username and password.

What can I use as a form of payment?

We accept the following payment options:

  • LIJA E-Gift Cards
  • LIJA approved Gift Certificates

Is your online shopping secure?

Protecting your order information is important to us. LIJA uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will not be charged until our customer service department has verified your order. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, you'll receive an order confirmation number. Once processed, you will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and shipped and that your credit card has been charged. This email should arrive shortly after your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Will I get a receipt with my order?

You will receive an email confirmation detailing the charges of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it to us by courier. See the returns section of our site for more details.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LIJA is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in its original package within 10 days from receipt of goods.

Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made unless otherwise specified. Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.

How long will it take for my orders to be shipped?

The following shipping methods are available:

  • Standard Service: $11.00 (6-12 business days from date of parcel pick up)
  • Express Service: $18.00 (2-5 business days from date of parcel pick up)

Orders are shipped on regular business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes charged by the destination country and is the responsibility of the receiver. We cannot predict what the charges will be as they vary from country to country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a web link to track your order on the carrier’s website. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s website.

What if I need to change my online profile?

Simply log in with your username and password and make the necessary changes. Your updated information will be used for any orders placed after your changes. LIJA is not responsible for updating your profile.

Where can I purchase LIJA?

Our website has a listing of all the department stores, specialty stores, golf shops and resorts that carry our line.

How do I get a promo code?

Promo codes are time-limited offers published online or in print and are published periodically. Sign up now to receive the latest news, updates and promotions from LIJA.

How do I use a promo code?

When you have completed adding products to your online shopping basket, the shopping basket page will list your purchases. If a promo code is in effect, enter it in the box provided and click the Submit button. Your new total will appear if it was for a discount. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?
