If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LIJA is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. Unless otherwise specified, all unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned in its original package within 10 days from receipt of goods. Returns are accepted only for purchases made through LIJA Online.
Unless otherwise specified, refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and duty charges. LIJA DOES NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.
